Chief Baker is the retired Chief of Police of the Anaheim, California and Des Moines, Washington Police Departments. Chief Baker holds Bachelor and Master Degrees in Psychology and a Master Degree Graduate Certificate in Organizational Leadership. He is a graduate of the FBI National Academy and a graduate of the U.S. Department of Justice Command College. Chief Baker is also a Nationally Certified Professional Coach and Certified Psychological-Type Assessor.
